In order to properly process your alert, we need your contact details. This is for several reasons; the first being that it will no doubt be necessary for us to ask you additional questions in order to understand what is happening, and to take the measures required following your feedback.

The second relates to your right to withdraw or modify your declaration. Before incorporating any modification or deletion of the declaration, an inspection of the data transmitted will guarantee your identity and it will also be subject to verification of the information already transmitted. You will be sent information about the changes that are taken on board. That’s why we almost need an email address or a way to contact you.

Reminder of the obligations of those receiving information concerning an alert: They must protect the whistleblower and the persons implicated by a claim:
In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, the people in charge of this file are obliged to maintain your anonymity.

• For the issuer, this anonymity can only be lifted by the authorities subject to your agreement.This protection includes the guarantee that no sanction can be imposed on an issuer in good faith.
• For the person implicated in a claim. This anonymity is retained as long as the facts are not proven. The lifting of this confidentiality can only be done with the competent authorities.

This email address will allow us to communicate with you. In particular, you will receive a summary of your alert and, within a few days, a status of its eligibility. In the event that you exercise your right to modification or deletion. Only modifications or deletions with the same email address will be made, because you will be automatically informed. This ensures the veracity of the new information.

We need to guarantee your identity, that’s why we ask you to attach an identification document. This document will be kept for the duration of the eligibility assessment of your alert. The copy of your ID card will be destroyed when you receive the eligibility status.

The decision to issue an alert invokes the responsibility of us all.

• A whistleblower must act in good faith and under no circumstances deliberately make false accusations or have the sole intention of causing harm or seek to gain personal advantage.
• Good faith means that a claim is made without malice or without expectation of a personal consideration.
• Good faith presupposes that the whistleblower can establish, or produce, data formulated in an objective manner, directly related to the scope of the claim and which is strictly necessary for verifying the reported facts.
• Any whistleblower who deliberately or in a manifestly negligent manner, knowingly makes false statements, discloses misleading information, acts in bad faith or in an abusive manner, will be considered in bad faith. A bad faith report within the framework of this alert procedure may be subject to disciplinary measures or prosecution in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conversely, a whistleblower acting in good faith will not be subject to any disciplinary measure or prosecution even if the facts reported could prove to be inaccurate or give rise to no action.
